This is the third class in the Beginners series. We recommend that you do second class from the Beginners series few times before moving on to the third class. In this class we will explore Surya Namaskar, Padangusthasana, Padahastasana, Utthitatrikonasana, Utthitaparsvakonasana, Prasarita, Padottanasana, Parsvottanasana, Utthitahastapadnangusthasana, Ardhabaddhapadmottanasana, Utkasana, Virabhradrasana, Pascimattanasana, Purvattanasana and Finishing sequence.
