Description

This is the second class in the Ashtanga Beginners Series. We recommend you watch the first class in the series first  before commencing the second class. In this class we will explore the Surya Namaskar and first six fundamental standing postures(Padangusthasana, Padahastasana, Utthitatrikonasana, Utthitaparsvakonasana, Prasarita Padottanasana, Parsvottanasana and Finishing sequence).
