This class weaves the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine into the sequencing of nourishing postures that aim to restore a balance of Chi to all your vital organs. Each pose lasts up to 4 minutes as Jade gently guides you through an experience of the Elements of Water, Wood, Earth, Fire and Metal and how they express themselves through your body, meridians, emotions and beyond. Includes some moderate back-bending. Suggested props: block, bolster, blanket, soft yoga mat.
