Beginning with a five minute meditation to bring full awareness to the two sides of your body. This Yin class progresses into postures that address one side at a time to give you a clarity of experience of your masculine and feminine expressions in your tissues. Expect deep hamstring lengthening, twists and IT band-targeted postures. We will inhabit the poses for a minimum of four minutes to give adequate time to observe and seek balance.
