This class gently introduces you to the practice of Yin Yoga. Beginning with simple breath observation and then moving into passively held poses targeted at slowly releasing tension held in the connective tissues of the body. This is an excellent class to let go of the ‘busyness’ of everyday, improving posture, melting tension held in your shoulders and hips and naturally settling into a more meditative state of mind.
