This hip opening Vinyasa Flow practice is a wonderful flow to strengthen and open all around our hip region. We will move into some challenging and deep postures such as Bhujapidasana (shoulder-pressing pose) and
Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (pigeon pose) variations as well as Agnistambhasana (fire log pose / double pigeon pose;) therefore, this flow may not be ready for you if you are new to yoga. Take your time and join when you are ready. Be mindful of how your body feels and make sure not to push, but to ease into the postures with grace and openness.
