This Challenging Vinyasa Flow practice will feel great with all of the twists and standing asanas as well as the closing flow, which continues on with more flowing rotations and undulations. You will move into asanas such as Adho Mukha Vrksasan (Handstand,) Sirsasana (Headstand,) and Mayurasana (Peacock) so this flow may not be for you, if you are a beginner. Keep practicing and join when you feel ready. Modify as you need to, always honoring your body.
