This Yogalates class fuses the calming and energetic alignments of yoga with the principles of pilates. You will love these two combined as you will be reminded of your pilates principles throughout your yoga practice as well as to stay focused and breath fully through your body during your pilates sessions. If you’re a beginner, you may want to enjoy practicing yoga and pilates for a while before attempting this flow.
