This is a well rounded, continuous flow, suitable for beginners and more advance practitioners. The focus is on slow, fluid movements, and the all important connection with the breath. In this sweet vinyasa flow, you will learn to pay attention to the subtle physical alignments and variations to give you exactly what your body needs on any particular day. We go through basic sun salutations, twists, standing balance poses, seated forward bends, working our way to a lovely savasana. You will feel strengthened, refreshed and relaxed.
