015 Vinyasa Yoga

This flow is one of our favorites and we hope you love it too!! It is a lovely and challenging practice that will open your heart and strengthen the full body, especially the back; however, it is not advised for beginners.
We will move into asanas such as Urdhva Dhanurasana (full wheel) and Dwi Pada Viparita Dandasana (two-legged inverted staff pose.)
If you have any back issues and/or concerns use a block at the appropriate level for support across the sacrum.
