In this flow we start with a nice slow warm up, stretching the neck, spine, knees and ankles, and work our way through a complete vinyasa flow, connecting breath and movement- a beautiful movement meditation. We play with gentle back strengthening poses, standing forward bends and twists, upper body stretches, and work our way onto the floor to open and stretch the outer hips, hip flexors and spine, ending as always with a blissful savasana, to leave you feeling loved and nurtured.
