008 Restorative Yoga

This is a slow, sweet, gentle, stretchy, and strengthening class. It is a great practice for those days you want to be stay on the ground, open, release, while touching everything with a little love and affection. Spacious, and full of long, slow and deep breathing, we work on very gentle back strengthening, seated forward bends, and quieting introspective space, ending with a lovely savasana.
