This class is suitable for All Levels. For this class you would need to have a roller and a comfortable mat. In this class Caroline focuses on legs, glutes as well as the arms. She finishes the class with beautiful and  invigorating stretches on the roller. If you feel uncomfortable at any point, please eliminate the exercise. We recommend that you always seek doctors approval before staring any form of exercise.
