018 Post Natal Pilates

In this class we will be focusing on helping the body recover after child brith as well as strengthening the body and the mind for the new demands of motherhood. We will be working on strengthening and regaining connections with the pelvic floor and we will target the core muscles by strengthening them to help stabilise the body and regain optimal posture and movement.
