This class is suitable for All Trimesters. For this class you would need to have a thera band, comfortable mat and a fit ball that is appropriate height for you. You should have a 90 degree angle at your knee join as well as hip joint when you sit dow. In this class Caroline focuses on pelvis area, legs, sides as well as the arms. She finishes the class with beautiful and invigorating stretches on the roller. If you feel uncomfortable at any point, please eliminate the exercise.
