This class gives a gentle workout for new moms.  Dina focuses on working on the upper body( shoulders and chest) but also covers the other major muscle groups as well as the core muscles.
Contraindications: complicated delivery In case of C section or diastasis recti. Always, check with your doctor before starting any exercise program.
