For this class you would need to have a comfortable mat, thera band and the arm weights. Your weights need to be between 500g to 1kg not heavier than that. You also need a roller for a small part of the class but if you month have one you can simply skip that part of the class. In this class Caroline focuses on legs, glutes as well as the arms. She finishes the class with beautiful and invigorating stretches. If you feel uncomfortable at any point, please eliminate the exercise. We recommend that you always seek doctors approval before staring any form of exercise
