004 Prenatal Pilates

This class is suitable for the 2nd Trimester. The class will help stabilise areas that have become overly flexible, and strengthen areas of the body that need strengthening, to help you maintain an optimal, healthy body during the delivery as well as post birth. The class will also focus on breathing techniques to calm the nervous system down, free the diaphragm and release the thoracic spine.
