This class is suitable for All Trimesters. For this class you would need to have a fit ball, thera band and a comfortable mat. Caroline will take you through a serious of exercises of the lover part of the body as well as the arms. If you feel uncomfortable at any point, please eliminate the exercise. We recommend that you always seek doctors approval before staring any form of exercise.
