In this Pilates Mat session you will be sure to feel all the movements coming from your center. Apply all of your pilates principles throughout your body and practice Connection. Let the heat of your core warm your full body and encourage strengthening while also stretching and going to your full potential. Remember to use the modifications that Laura suggests, if you need.
