This Pilates Mat session using the small ball starts right away with tuning up and firing your core. The small ball is great as it really helps to connect inward and also opens up some areas for deeper stretches. Feel free to mix this mini class with another short session or if you only have around 15/20 minutes it’s a great way to get your pilates practice in.
