Pilates stretch incorporates the original Matwork repertoire to stretch the connective tissue, muscles, fascia and nerves in order to increase the overall flexibility of your body. By stretching the fabric which supports the mechanical processes of your body it tells the various components how to form and reform the tissue architecture in response to the tensions, compressions and movements we make in everyday life. For this class you will need mat, blocks and roller.
