In this class we will be focusing on mindful movements that condition the body. Pilates takes a balanced approach in that the spine will be moved in every direction and rather than having one muscle group being overworked, the movements stimulate the brain and body to move as efficiently as possible. This type of class will improve your posture, strengthen your core, improve your spine mechanics and improve your overall health.
