In this class Sandra is taking us step by step how to use the Flexi bar. This bar creates oscillations that cause vibrations that transmit through the body to engage entire muscle chains ,instead of isolated muscles and in particular targets the body’s core or involuntary muscles which control posture, spinal stability and flexibility. The effects of this demanding training are noticeable almost immediately. This class is perfect for those who never used Flexibar and those who wish to refresh their skills.
